Summer finally arrived in Edmonton last month, always an exciting time around these northern parts. Every year, I promise myself I will savour the warm weather to the fullest, and every year life proves a great distraction. I did my best to stop and smell the (mostly metaphorical) roses on weekends, but I`m still struggling to process that it`s already June. Mid-June, no less. Although sad to see the summer disappear so quickly, I am glad to get June over with; there is a lot going on, and if I can get through it all, there will be a nice reward at the end: a long weekend getaway to Palm Springs. Oh yeah!

There were some real winners in the mix last month, including my absolute fave No. 16. I also really liked Nos. 11 and 21, and … actually a few others as well. May was a good month, sartorially speaking. There was also some wardrobe curating going on, with a few pieces leaving my closet and a few more coming in. All of them thrifted, because you know that`s how I roll. Just wait till you see the next chapter of Tales From the Thrift. It`s gonna be epic.

Here is what I wore in May 2015 and May 2016.

3 Comments on What I Wore: May 2017

  1. Outstanding fashion month, once again! It’s funny, though – your favorites are my least favorites! I LOVE numbers 3 and 8. Good thing I’m not choosing what you wear. šŸ™‚

  2. Love, love, love three and thirteen! All of them are fun to check out, though. You wear a wide variety of outfits very well.
    Fun!
