The title says it all: I wore this to run errands on the weekend. Mommy glamour at its finest, folks. I took advantage of a spell of warm weather to bust out this summer-weight skirt. Alas, it snowed (again) the next day. As much as I appreciate the occasional warm temperatures, I for one am heartily sick of the constant back-and-forth, snow-melt-grossness-repeat cycle we’ve been having lately. I just want it to be spring, dammit!

Whew! Sorry, apparently I had to get a toddler temper tantrum out of my system. Though, to be fair, we’re fresh out of those around here. Toddlers, that is. It hit me the other day that the kids will be 5 (!) and 3 (!!) this year, which means … they are definitely not babies anymore. Excuse me while I go and have a lie down — this weather must be messing with my tear ducts.

  1. I feel you on the 5 year old thing – Elodie has been counting down the days until she turns 4 and a half (this Sunday) but I don’t really know why. She’s off to school in September and then days later she will be 5. Felix is 2 end of June so despite being a whirling dervish he still feels like my baby most of the time. I like to sniff his head, he still smells a bit “baby”, know what I mean?!
